Robert Post, President and Chief Executive Officer, is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company. He is a business veteran with over 20 years of executive experience covering the travel and hospitality industry, as well as home security and defense electronics. Bob joined TravelCLICK as Chief Financial Officer in May 2004 where he contributed to TravelCLICK’s growth and strong financial performance. Prior to joining TravelCLICK, Bob was the principal of Pconsulting LLC, an independent business consultancy to Fortune 500 and fast growth companies. He is also a former executive of MICROS Systems, Inc. and Westinghouse Electric Corporation. In 2007, he received the Illinois Information Technology Association’s CEO of the Year Award. Bob is also a board member of Avatech Solutions, a systems integrator for CAD/CAM solutions. Bob holds a BS in accounting from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA.
Bob has served on TravelCLICK's Board of Directors since May 2005.

Scott E. Smith, Chief Financial Officer, is responsible for TravelCLICK's accounting, budgeting and financial reporting infrastructure. Previously, he was Vice President, Finance for PLM Transportation Equipment Corporation, where he was responsible for developing and managing sources of debt and equity financing for a variety of equipment fleets. Scott previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Concept Shopping, a company that uses proprietary technology to create and distribute highly targeted consumer promotions for large retailers and packaged goods manufacturers. He has more than 25 years of broad ranging experience as a principal investor and financial intermediary in both the private and public capital markets. Scott holds an MBA in finance from Indiana University.

Jeff Bzdawka, Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for TravelCLICK's American operating groups located in Schaumburg, Illinois and Houston, Texas as well as providing functional direction to the international operating groups located in Barcelona, Spain and Melbourne, Australia. Jeff was formerly the Senior Vice President of Service Delivery for Pegasus Solutions, based in Scottsdale, Arizona where he was responsible for account management, service implementation and customer service. Prior to his work at Pegasus, Jeff was with Security Capital Group, where he served as Vice President of Strategic Information Systems and Chief Information Officer of Homestead Village hotels. Jeff's career includes a focus on electronic distribution, with 12 years in management positions with SABRE Decision Technologies and Hyatt Corporation. Jeff is recognized for his expertise in customer service and technology-intensive operations within the hotel industry. Jeff holds a degree in hotel, restaurant and institutional management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in Menomonie, Wisconsin.

Jan Tissera, President, TravelCLICK International, directs TravelCLICK's sales activities in the Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa regions. An experienced international hotelier and hotel industry consultant, Jan advises clients on how to maximize their performance in electronic distribution channels. Prior to joining TravelCLICK in 1996, Jan was the Director of Rooms/Reservations for Hyatt International where he oversaw worldwide hotel reservations, global distribution, consortia marketing, revenue and rate management, guest recognition programs and hotel room operations in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. In this role, Jan was responsible for the rapid expansion of Hyatt's worldwide reservations offices, and Hyatt International's number one position in Global Distribution Systems internationally.

Chris Rockett, Executive Vice President of Sales, Americas, directs TravelCLICK's sales activities in the United States, Canada, the Caribbean and Latin America. Before joining TravelCLICK in 1999, Chris served as Senior Vice President of Business Development for REZsolutions, Inc., where he was responsible for the sale of the company's portfolio of reservation, technology and marketing products to the hotel industry. Chris has over 25 years of sales, marketing and operations experience in the travel industry, beginning his career with TWA in Boston. Chris has also held positions with The Hertz Corporation, Loews Hotels and Anasazi, Inc. Chris is a graduate of Bridgewater State College in Massachusetts.

Abhinav (Abhi) Dhar, Chief Information Officer (CIO), directs TravelCLICK's technology strategy and application development as well as manages its enterprise infrastructure. Abhi is a seasoned IT executive experienced in travel distribution technology and ecommerce systems, with a specialty in software development, IT management, and rapid development strategies. Before joining TravelCLICK, he served as Applications CTO in the Galileo Americas organization within Travelport, responsible for the application architecture of its GDS platform. Joining Travelport's predecessor, Cendant, he served as Cendant VP of Travel Distribution Product Delivery and VP of the Corporate Strategic Technology Solutions group. Before becoming the Galileo Applications CTO, Abhi was the CTO of Gullivers Travel/Octopustravel, an international travel distribution company in London and a business unit within Travelport. He has also been a principal consultant with Pricewaterhouse Coopers' Management Consulting unit. Abhi holds a Master's Degree in Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from University of Mysore in India.

John R. Hach, Vice President of Product Management – eMarketing Solutions, manages the company's Global Distribution Systems travel agent media and Internet paid marketing businesses. He joined the company in 2004 and has over 28 years of experience within the travel industry. Prior to TravelCLICK John was with Cendant as Vice President of Marketing for TravelLink, a strategic initiative to develop marketing synergies across Cendant's travel brands. He has also held executive positions with Galileo and The Hertz Corporation. He has been recognized by the National Business Travel Association as Allied Member of the Year and as a travel visionary by Business Travel News. John currently serves on the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration's Master of Management in Hospitality (MMH) Marketing Management/Marketing Information Systems Career Track Advisory Board. He is a popular hospitality conference speaker and is often cited in industry publications and textbooks. John graduated from Chicago State University and received Certified Travel Industry Executive Accreditation from The Travel Institute.

Dave Mitzner, Vice President, leads TravelCLICK's business development efforts with e-commerce, data and media product partners supporting the world's leading portfolio of information, e-commerce and advertising products for the hospitality industry. Dave has more than 20 years of experience within the travel industry including senior roles in product development, product marketing, advertising, promotion and general management. Before joining the company in 1996, Dave was the Director of North American Advertising for United Airlines. Dave holds a master's degree in management from Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University.

Mike Montemurro, Senior Vice President, Product Management - Reservation Services, leads TravelCLICK’s product management team responsible for creating the company’s e-commerce and transactions. Mike has nearly 20 years of experience in the travel industry. Before joining the company in 1999 as Vice President of Operations, Mike held a number of positions at Galileo International, most recently as Vice President of Travel Agency Product Marketing. In this role, he was responsible for defining and delivering the software products used by travel agencies around the world. He also previously led the Hotel Sales and Marketing function, leading the implementation of the industry’s first seamless availability product. While in this position, he served on the HEDNA Board of Directors as the GDS representative. Mike holds a master’s degree in finance from the Kellstadt School of Management at DePaul University.

Scott Farrell, Vice President, Product Management - Revenue Strategy Services, leads TravelCLICK's revenue management consulting services team. With over twenty years of experience in the hospitality industry, Scott has extensive knowledge of revenue management practices and hotel operations at both independent and branded properties. Prior to his role at TravelCLICK, Scott held the positions of Corporate Director of Distribution and Corporate Director of Revenue Management at Fairmont Hotels. In these roles, Scott co-developed the company's proprietary Revenue Maximization program. He worked closely with all hotels to drive sales through revenue strategies and tactical plans. Scott also has extensive experience in hotel acquisitions and transitions, and in implementation of hotel business systems including central reservations and property management systems. Scott holds a B.A. in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Ryerson University in Toronto, Ontario. He also holds a Certified Sales Executive certification from the American Hotel and Lodging Association as well as a Revenue Management Certification from Cornell University.

Shane Ettestad, Vice President of Internet Marketing Solutions, manages the fast growth hotel Internet marketing business for TravelCLICK. He was most recently President and CEO of Blue Square Studios, prior to its acquisition by TravelCLICK, and is the visionary behind the Hospitality Toolkit®, a next generation web presence management system. A 20-year veteran of the industry, Shane has extensive, enterprise-level web site development experience and a lifetime passion for fusing design and technology. Before founding Blue Square Studios, Shane started an interactive media company in 1992 that quickly grew to become a driving force in the web industry. Under his leadership, the company was responsible for developing and managing several groundbreaking initiatives for some of the industry’s leading independent luxury resorts, large hotel brands as well as key world-class casinos. His work has received high acclaim and awards from hospitality and web industry organizations alike--including the prestigious HSMAI Golden Click "Best of Show" award. Shane has a B.A. in graphic arts.
