Richard W. Gray, Chairman and co-founder of TravelCLICK, began his marketing career with Procter and Gamble, and entered the Travel Industry in 1977 when he joined Pan American World Airways. He also held senior level marketing positions with The Hertz Corporation before founding the Graycon Group in 1987 with his business partner, Ray Cohen. Richard serves as an advisor to various hotel ownership groups, and also serves on the Board of Directors of Virtual Agent Services, Inc., the Missile Defense Advocacy Association, and is a member of the Executive Planning Committee for the New York University International Hospitality Industry Investment Conference. He earned his bachelor's degree from Florida State University.
Richard has served on TravelCLICK's Board of Directors since 1999.

Robert Post, President and Chief Executive Officer, is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the company. He is a business veteran with over 20 years of executive experience covering the travel and hospitality industry, as well as home security and defense electronics. Bob joined TravelCLICK as Chief Financial Officer in May 2004 where he contributed to TravelCLICK’s growth and strong financial performance. Prior to joining TravelCLICK, Bob was the principal of Pconsulting LLC, an independent business consultancy to Fortune 500 and fast growth companies. He is also a former executive of MICROS Systems, Inc. and Westinghouse Electric Corporation. Bob is also a board member of Avatech Solutions, a systems integrator for CAD/CAM solutions. Bob holds a BS in accounting from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA.
Bob has served on TravelCLICK's Board of Directors since May 2005.

Mike Krupka is a Managing Director at Bain Capital Ventures. He has also held the position of Managing Director with the Private Equity Group of Bain Capital, during which time he focused his investing activities on technology and technology-driven companies, including software, hardware, database and telecommunication services. Earlier at Bain Capital, Mike was part of Information Partners, a fund focused on early-stage information technology investing. He has served in several operating roles including that of President of a $110 M revenue software company and CFO of a $70 M revenue services company. Prior to Bain Capital, Mike was a consultant with Bain & Company. He has a B.A. in Chemistry from Dartmouth College.
Mike has served on TravelCLICK's Board of Directors since 1999.

Mark Nunnelly joined Bain Capital in 1990 as a Managing Director. Experienced in the domestic, Asian and European strategy practices, he was a Vice President of Bain & Company prior to joining Bain Capital. While at Bain & Company, he managed client relationships in a number of areas, including manufacturing, consumer goods and information services. Previously, Mark worked at Procter & Gamble in product management. He also founded and had operating responsibility for several new business ventures. Mark received an M.B.A., with Distinction, from Harvard Business School and received an A.B. from Centre College. Mark has served on TravelCLICK's Board of Directors since 1999.

Jim Meekison is the Chairman of Trimin Capital. He has been involved in the acquisition, financing and strategic support of businesses since 1986. Jim spent seven years in the investment banking business prior to becoming president and later chairman of Cablecasting Limited, a major cable television company that he co-founded in 1969. Jim left Cablecasting in 1986 to set up his own merchant bank.
Jim has a long career of advising both publicly listed and private companies as well as non-profit organizations. He currently serves as director of Fairwater Capital Corporation, Ontario College of Art and Design Foundation and the Arthritis and Autoimmune Research Centre Foundation. Jim is also a member of the Investment Committee, Canada Post Corporation. Past directorships include, among others, Trimin Enterprises Inc., Tritech Precision Inc., Fantom Technologies Inc., Consumer Packaging Inc., First Marathon Inc., Scott's Restaurants Inc., Nesbitt Thomson Limited, Ripley International Limited, Numac Oil and Gas Ltd. and The Ontario Lottery Corporation.
Jim earned his MBA from Harvard University and joined TravelCLICK’s Board of Directors in October 2005.

Nick A. Buoniconti has held the position of President and Chief Operating Officer of U.S. Tobacco, Inc. (UST), served on the UST Board of Directors and served as Chief Operating Officer and Vice Chairman of Columbia Laboratories. Nick is currently on the Board of Trustees of the University of Miami and is a former member of the Board of Governors of the United Service Organization (USO). He also served as an outside director for The Sports Authority, American Bankers Insurance Company, Nine West Group, Inc.
In 1985, after his son Marc suffered a spinal cord injury, Nick helped found the Miami Project to Cure Paralysis. He now serves as a national spokesman and fundraiser for the group. Nick and his family founded the Buoniconti Fund to Cure Paralysis to help the Miami Project achieve its national and international goal of finding a cure for spinal cord injuries.
An All-American linebacker and team captain at the University of Notre Dame, Nick was also captain of the famous Dolphins’ No-Name Defense and anchored the defensive team in the undefeated season of 1972 that went on to become Super Bowl champions in 1972 and 1973. He retired from football in 1976. On August 4, 2001, Nick was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio. He is also a member of the New England Patriots Hall of Fame and the Miami Dolphins Hall of Fame. Nick graduated from Suffolk University Law School and is a member of the Florida and Massachusetts Bar Association.
Nick has served on TravelCLICK’s Board of Directors since 1999.

Arnold J. Grossman is the Vice President of International Affairs at American Airlines. He is responsible for American's international airline alliances, strategic international plans, regulatory activities and industry affairs.
Arnold joined American's parent company, AMR Corporation, as President and Chief Operating Officer of its AMR Airline Automation Services subsidiary in 1986. Prior to that, Arnold was Vice President of Marketing Systems for Republic Airlines.
Arnold holds a B.A. degree in political science and economics from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He also did graduate study in international relations at the Columbia University School of International Affairs.
Arnold has served on TravelCLICK’s Board of Directors since 1999.

Robert Kamerschen is the retired Chairman & CEO of Advo, Inc, America's largest direct mail company. Currently, he is a private investor and senior advisor to several prominent private equity firms. Robert is a board member of six public companies: RadioShack (NYSE), IMS Health (NYSE), Linens 'N Things (NYSE),R.H. Donnelley (NYSE), Verture (NASDQ) and M.D.C. Partners (NASDQ & TSE), and chairs committees on each of them.
Robert has extensive senior leadership experience in a number of diverse businesses including Norton Simon, Revlon, Dunkin' Donuts, Max Factor, Scott Paper, Chanel, Six Flags and Marketing Corporation of America. He has been listed in "Who's Who in America" for a number of years. Robert earned his B.S. and M.B.A at Miami University (Ohio).
Robert has served on TravelCLICK’s Board of Directors since 1999.
